Kama Ayurveda’s Bringadi Intensive Hair Treatment Oil Review
An intensive hair treatment to prevent hair loss, dandruff and premature graying. The secret to Indians’ lush, glossy hair – this traditional Ayurvedic recipe consists of potent herbs extracted into pure Sesame oil and Milk.
A natural conditioner for lush hair growth that nourishes deeply while cooling the scalp. Also includes Indigo, Eclipta Alba and Gooseberry to promote hair growth. Anti-fungal Licorice and antibacterial Balloon Vine prevent scalp infections.
The earthy scent of the oil has a calming, meditative effect that soothes frayed nerves, uplifts mood and aids in a good night’s rest.
What to expect:
A nourishing, strong and earthy oil that requires massaging into hair and scalp for best results.
• 100% Natural
• Relieves hair loss
• Promotes hair growth
• Prevents dandruff
• Natural conditioner
• Prevents scalp infections
• Cools and uplifts
How to apply:
Gently massage into hair ensuring that entire scalp is covered. The treatment works as a natural conditioner if left on for at least 20 minutes. Cleanse post-treatment with a mild shampoo and warm water. May also be left on overnight if desired.
INDIGOFERA TINCTORIA: Also known as Indigo, Indigofera Tinctoria is used to give colour to the hair. It smoothens the tangles, makes hair thicker, more manageable and lustrous.
ECLIPTA ALBA: Also known as Bhringraj, Eclipta Alba promotes hair growth, reduces greying and balding and makes the hair darker. It also keeps the hair lustrous.
PHYLLANTHUS EMBLICA: Phyllanthus Emblica, also known as Amla or Indian Gooseberry, strengthens the hair roots and promotes hair growth. It is an excellent conditioner, and also helps prevents split ends and dryness. It encourages blood supply to the scalp. Shampoos and hair oils made out of it are traditionally believed to nourish the hair and scalp, and prevent premature greying.
The oil comes in a square shape transparent plastic bottle with a twist open cap. (Please have a look at the pictures above for more details on how the product looks). The texture of the oil is really nice. It’s neither too thick nor to runny. It has a dark brown color. Please have a look at the ingredients which say a lot about what I am going to talk about next.
I have fine hair, but if you ask me how my hair was about 6 months ago then I will tell you that they were really very thin. I had terrible hair fall problem. I was looking for a product that could work on the texture of my hair, & also that could help me with my hair fall issues.
So I came across Kama Ayurveda team & consulted about my hair problems. They suggested me to use this Bringadi Intensive Hair treatment oil which says a lot in it’s description which has the word “Intensive Hair Treatment” in it. So I ordered it on there website here… Kama Ayurveda. (They have a quite fast delivery service). They have suggested me to use this oil thrice a week.
I am a kind of person who doesn’t oil my hair on regular basis, but I apply it out twice a week before washing my hair. I apply it overnight to have maximum benefits. Sometimes I do apply it 20-30 minutes before I take a hair wash.
Firstly I would love to say that It is a perfect natural conditioner. I never apply any kind of conditioner after I wash my hair now. (I only apply any other conditioner on days when I have not applied the oil before). I have been using this oil for few months now & I love it!
It has changed the texture of my hair. They are a bit thicker now & with the continuous use I would love to see the difference & will update you also about that. It has worked great for keeping my scalp healthy & remove dandruff too.
I can definitely feel the difference when I use this oil & when I don’t use it before washing my hair. I highly recommend this oil to you. The only thing I felt lesser it in is the Fragrance it has. I don’t like the fragrance much, but again I love it as per the quality of product.
Rs. 515 for 100 ml
Do I recommend?
Yes! Please go ahead & buy this. Its worth every single penny spent on it. I love it! 😀
I shall be back with more hair product reviews. Stay tuned!
